I made this garlic butter, then put it on Italian bread slices and froze it. When I needed to use my garlic bread, I pulled it out of the freezer the night before, and broiled it, then sliced it. I liked the taste of the garlic bread better then just drizzling butter or olive oil on it then garlic. It was evenly distributed. The paprika gave it a little extra zing. I did not have italian seasoning so I did not put that in but it was still great.
