Fruit Salad Dressing

We never get tired of this wonderful dressing, and it keeps the bananas from turning dark, too. It is the best !

OMG!!!!!!!!!!! My family is expert on caesar salad dressing, we eat it all the time. My 24 year old son says that this is the best dressing he has ever had. I could not believe that mayo would make it so good,and so much more simple than other rercipes with olive oil and raw egg,etc. You must try this one. Outstanding !!

Party Chicken

I have used this recipe for many years, and it is wonderful. I read the review from Jalal2...BACON ???? Nowhere in this recipe is bacon called for. Dried beef is what you are supposed to use ! You buy dried sliced beef in a jar, made by Armour at the grocery in the section where you will find canned meats !! OMG !!

Margaret's Southern Chocolate Pie

Whoever gives this pie less than 5 stars has made a mistake in preparing the pie. The texture is creamy and it is not too sweet. I have been searching for years for a recipe that would rival my mothers'cooks recipe and I have finally found it. The only exception is that Mom's cook used REAL whipped cream (not sweetened with any sugar) instead of meringue.OUTSTANDING. Also,be prepared to sit or stand awhile and stir the filling on the stove while it thickens up. Towards the end you might want to have a whisk handy to avoid any lumps.THIS IS A TRUE SOUTHERN RECIPE.

Easy Spinach Casserole

I have made this casserole forever-the only changes I make is to cook the frozen choped spinach in water, then squeeze out the liquid (I use a heavy pot that will fit into a colander after I have drained the spinach into same colander..., add a little nutmeg,a pat of butter and sprinkle the top with canned parmesan cheese and bake.Family always requests this dish.BIG MAMMA

Banana Sour Cream Bread

i consider myself a banana bread fanatic, and loved this recipe. I looked at other comments and I did make a few changes-I folded in the dry ingredients and added the strusel topping, and baked 3 (meat loaf sized)9x5,I think, pans for 1 hour 10 minutes. PERFECT !!!!

Southern Potato Salad

This is the best recipe for potato salad, only adjustment I make is to add one tablespoon of liquid crab boil to he potatoes while boiling them-adds an little extra kick.

Rice Casserole

OMG !!!!!!! I WAS LOOKING FOR SOME WAY TO JAZZ UP MY RICE AND THIS IS IT. I USE THIS RECIPE NOW ALL THE TIME, AND MY FAMILY REQUESTS IT, ESPECIALLY MY COLLEGE SON, WHO CAN FIX IT IN THE MICROWAVE. HE JUST LOVES IT.
