Gumbo Style Chicken Creole

Very easy and very good; can use a small rotisserie chicken from the grocery store if you don't have an already roasted chicken.

Scalloped Potatoes and Onions

These potatoes are easy and taste delicious. I added some chopped garlic and stirred it every half hour or so. Smelled so good. I kept going for the smaller, already cooked pieces and ate them before it was all finished cooking simply because I couldn't wait.

Barbeque Pork Two Ways

World's Best Potato Salad

Loved it, a little too sweet so maybe cutting down on the sugar. I added pickles which someone else suggested--I liked the pickles, my daughter picked them out. I also used red potatoes. This was my first potato salad and it was a hit!

Marinade for Steak I

This marinade is awesome! I volunteer to marinate steaks if my friends volunteer to grill them on their gas grills...I get rave reviews. They think I am the best cook ever! Follow it just as it is written.

Absolutely The Best Shrimp Scampi

YUM YUM!! This was great, tasted like it was from the well known italian restaurants. I added parmesan after cooking. BEWARE...you will reek of garlic and burp garlic after consuming. This dish will impress your friends. BTW, I am Italian.

These potatoes are great! If you have no nutmeg, you substitute cinnamon. They are so easy and taste different than your ordinary potatoes. My family loves them.

Broccoli Rice Casserole

Very good recipe. My teenage kids loved it! This really is a side dish, not a main course. It was easy and will not last long in the house! It's also nice as a snack later if you have leftovers.
