Super Grilled Salmon

Tiramisu Layer Cake

Connie's Zucchini "Crab" Cakes

Super Delicate Chocolate Buttercream

I made this with my Kitchen Aid mixer and it was very easy. The texture is soft and fluffy, like mousse. It is not too sweet. I LOVE it. My go to recipe from now on. Will experiment with some other flavorings soon, peppermint, cinnamon, lemon, etc.

Spicy Oven Fried Chicken

I cut up a whole chicken and needed 2x the coating mixture to cover everything. I skipped the frying step, sprayed the pieces with butter flavored cooking spray, baked them on a cooking rack, turned them over halfway through to crisp up the bottom. It was really good. Very moist and flavorful meat and the coating was crisp and delicious. It was better than fried chicken, so much less mess and EASY!

Easter Eggs

I was so excited to make these but was very disappointed with the results. I made both the coconut and pb centers. I wouldcaution you to make them VERY SMALL because they are really sweet. The chocolate coating was awful. By adding the shortening it never really hardens unless kept in the refridgerator. I won't be making these again. I shared them with many family members and not one compliment.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

This is the first recipe that I have reviewed. It was so good and very easy to prepare. The texture is very smooth, not too thick. It was a hit with the family. I will definately make this again and again!

Golden Dinner Rolls

These rolls were very good, the texture was very light and fluffy. I halved the recipe, used butter instead of shortening and increased the salt. Next time a tad more salt to suit our tastes.
