Quick and Almost-Professional Buttercream Icing

used this for cupcakes and it was perfect.very tasty and easy to color. did need to cut back on milk for consistency but the kids loved it.

Chocolate Irish Car Bomb Cake

I was a little disappointed in the flavors in this, not very strong infact it pretty much passed for a chocolate cake withcreamcheese in it. will be making some flavor changes next time.

Janet's Rich Banana Bread

my fav bannanna bread looked for one that was awesome for a long time this one is it. I do use whole wheat flour and occasionaly i throw in a hand full of blueberries in. used for muffins at a school bake sale was asked to post recipie to there web site. is very moist.
