White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake
Love the fact that the raspberry sauce wasn't too sweet. This cheesecake was fantastic. Only one problem-the baking time was WAY too long. Luckily I had baked many cheesecakes before are knew what to look for (because I have ruined a lot of them). I baked it for about 40 minutes (until it was set but jiggled like firm jello) and just turned off the oven, door still closed, and left it in the oven for an additional hour before taking it out to cool on the counter. It didn't crack at all. Absolutely wonderful recipe.

Apple Pie I
I had never made a pie before so I was quite apprehensive about choosing from the hundreds of recipes on this site. However, my aunt once told me "choose the simplest". It was so easy, turned out great, and the taste was outstanding. I did add nutmeg just because I love the taste of it, also 1/2 c brown sugar and the rest white, and lastly 2 Tbsp of flour, although I suggest adding 3-4 because mine was almost on the too runny side. I did have problems with the top layer of apples being dry for the juices did not quite reach them. I am not quite sure what I did to cause that but, hey, it's my first pie. Honestly, it was one of the best pies I've ever tasted (if I do say so myself).

Basic Flaky Pie Crust
I am no baker by any means, and this was the first pie crust (and pie really) that I have ever attempted. It was so easy and turned out perfect. I had a little fight with it while rolling but that was operator error, not the recipe. I did use butter instead of shortening and keep in mind to double the recipe for a double crust pie. I do wish the recipe called for baking instructions since I'm completely clueless on that. It's a fantastic recipe and it will be my go-to from now on.
