Jalapeno Poppers I
I wanted to tell you the change I made on my recipe...I now use HOT CHERRY PEPPERS since I grew then in my garden last year. Much easier..just cut the steam area off..take seeds out (or leave a few in for more of a kick). The cream cheese mixture fits in neat and doesn't cook messy. They look like mini stuffed green peppers. You might like to try it this way. :o)
