Guacamole

I've never cared much for the guacamole that I've tried at various Mexican places I've been to but I've made this recipe twice now. The first time was just "ok", I didn't have fresh lime or cilantro. I made it again today with all fresh ingredients, including fresh lime & cilantro and it is so good! We did opt out on the tomatoes since neither me nor my daughter like them but the flavor (and difference the fresh ingredients make) was amazing. We'll definitely make this again and again.

Baked Potato Soup

I've made this recipe several times over the last few years since I found it listed here and my family absolutely loves it! My Mother-In-Law has been begging me all week to make it now that the weather is getting colder, she'll be getting her wish today. Kristi Teague, thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe!

CARNATION® Famous Fudge

Savory Grilled Corn

I've made this twice so far and will be making it for the 3rd time today and my family LOVES it! My father-in-law to be only likes creamed corn and he even loved it the first time I made it, and getting a compliment from him is astonishing to say the least because he is soooo picky.

Sirloin Steak with Garlic Butter

We have made this a few times now and the steaks are always awesome this way! Just be cautious, if you decide to try basting the steaks with the sauce while grilling watch out for flare ups!!!

Oven Fried Chicken III

My family didn't care for this recipe, some said it was bland other said they just didn't like the bread crumbs. I tried this despite not caring much for anything made with bread crubs for a breading/topping, it didn't change my mind. I won't make this again.

Bacon Roasted Chicken

My whole family loved this, there is almost nothing left! My 11 year old daughter even ate 3 pieces and she rarely eats meat. It was just so juicy and tender, it was almost falling apart when I took it out of the oven. Thanks for the wonderful recipe!

French Baguettes

When baking French or Italian breads, I brush the tops with a mixture of olive oil, oregano, and thyme. For bread I plan to use for garlic toast, I also add a little garlic powder and a pinch of salt. It gives a beautiful golden brown crust and the smell when it's baking is absolutely amazing!!!

Really Creamy Fettuccine Alfredo

I tried this tonight for dinner served with the marinated grilled shrimp from this site, steamed broccoli and some paste, it was AWESOME!!! Everyone raved about how great dinner tasted. Thanks for a great recipe!

Crispy Oven-Fried Fish Fillets

I made one change in this recipe, that was to dip the fish first in flour then the milk before dipping into the crouton crumbs, the breading stayed on and didn't have a mushy texture as the other reviewer stated. My daughter normally picks off breading but loved this one so it is a keeper. Next time I may try tweaking it a little just to see what I can come up with. Thanks for the recipe!

Vicki's Hush Puppies

Awesome recipe! I made it as directed in the recipe with the exception of adding a little old bay seasoning. My 73 year old father who has never cared for hush puppies said they are the best he's ever tasted and went back for seconds and even thirds! Thanks for the great recipe, it is a keeper and will definately get plenty of use in my home!

Lemon Garlic Tilapia

I have made this many many times and it has always turned out wonderfully! My daughter absolutely loved it which is saying something. The only changes I have made thus far is to add more minced garlic (we love garlic). I plan to fix this tomorrow but I think I will broil it instead of baking just for a change of pace. Thanks for a wonderful recipe.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

I have to add that I made this again since my mom and daughter loved it so much, my dad who is super picky about my cooking raved about how moist the fish was and loved the flavor! Thanks again for such a wonderful recipe, I would give it 10 stars if I could!
