Breakfast Sausage
Thank you & halleluyur! I will never make pre-packaged sausage again. This recipe gave me piece of mind because I could see the the meat that was used and I sometimes feel that pre-made sausage is a mystery. It was very tasty for us because we added extra crushed red peps for more spice. I made extras and put them in the freezer to use another day. One note when we made these is that these did not shrink much so the size we made in patties was prety much the size they were when they were complete.

Honey Baked Chicken II
This was good but I am giving it 4 stars because it wasn't at all spicy. I was expected some sort of heat to go with the sweetness and it just wasn't there. However, it did taste good and went good with white rice and green onions.

Barbecue Ribs
I don't usually like ribs but these were great. We used baby back ribs & coconut rum. We will add more cayenne to it next time because we like it extra spicy. These were very easy to make and we are going to make them again in a few weeks.
