Yummy Pork Chops

Nice. I've tried it on the stove and with the potato slices and baked (be sure to allow 1.5 hrs at least on 350). Cool taste just be prepared for the 'POW' factor.

Creamy Vidalia Onion Soup

I did have to change some things...but great base. Didn't have cream so I used a pinch of sugar and 2% milk. Also added carrots, Dried oregano, parsley and basil, no paprika or hot sauce. Pretty tasty!!

Little Meat Loaves

I did change this by making one loaf. Only used half lb. sausage. Extra Italian seasoning and worcester. Mixed my crackers with the milk and added chopped mushrooms. I also added cayenne pepper to the sauce. Thank you for the recipe.

Grecian Green Beans in Tomato Sauce

I could eat it but it was very bland. It was straight tomatoes. I don't know what flavors exactly it was lacking for me, but it was something. Guess it just wasn't the flavor I was going for.

Chicken Milano

Very good. I was really trying to like sun-dried tomatoes but I just don't. I think it's their texture. The sauce would not be right if you leave them out. I will make this again but leave the 'maters big enough to pick around. Doubling the sauce is a must if you like it saucy. Adding grated parm to the sauce just turns it into Alfredo Sauce. I did add mushrooms though. I mixed the bite size chicken, sauce and noodles all together and sprinkles shredded parm (not grated) to the top of the bowl. Nice!
