White Chocolate and Cranberry Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2005
I have made this recipe for 3 years now and everyone loves them. I've always used vanilla extract instead of the brandy and have used 3/4 a cup of cranberries when I didn't have a cup and they still were delicious and looked nice. I look forward to making them again for this years office cookie exchange.

Dill Dip III

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2002
The only thing I would change in this recipe would be the amount of seasoning salt, it was too much. Perhaps there was a mistake in quantity? I feel that 1.5 teaspoons of seasoning salt would be sufficient. Also, I agree that it does tend to taste better after sitting in the fridge overnight. Our family will continue to use this recipe!!

This is the easiest and quickest marinade ever. It tastes so wonderful that I'm recommending it to all of my family to use.

Child-Proof Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2000
I thought this was a good tasting recipe, my family really enjoyed them. I found no real problem with the dough, except that I really had to work it with my hands before rolling it out, or else it would be really unmanageable. The heat of my hands helped soften & heat the shortening. These cookies are going to become a holiday tradition in my house!!
