Mocha Coffee

Reviewed: Feb. 11, 2013
As others suggested, used 2 teaspoons cocoa. Nice little chocolately flavor without drowning out the purpose of the drink: coffee. If I wanted hot chocolate, I would make one. A mocha should still taste like the amazingness that is a cup of coffee!

AMAZING! Even without the icing. True to pumpkin flavor- I added toasted walnuts to dough... great!

Spinach Bacon Quiche

Great tasting! Was wonderful. Make sure you have a deeper dish pie shell. (Ours overflowed a little!) Got compliments from a chef with this one!

Peach Curry Glazed Pork Chops

Reviewed: May 2, 2007
This was a good recipe. The chops need to be cooked much longer than the recipe calls for. Next time I make it, I will make more glaze- it needs it. Will also try with chicken instead of pork. Great with fresh green beans and brown rice.

Strawberry Spinach Salad I

Reviewed: Apr. 19, 2007
There is something funny with the dressing for this salad- it was super thick- I had to add water to help thin it out.

Wow! This was an amazing dish! The flavors went so well together. This recipe is very simple and yet it tastes like a gormet dish! Definately an easy dinner to impress company with! It goes really well paired with Parmesan or mushroom Orzo.

Reviewed: Apr. 7, 2007
I subbed toasted walnuts for the pecans: it worked really well. This recipe really compliments the flavor of the salmon.
