Taco Bake

This was great! I follwed the recipes, just didn't add the chopped green chilies because I didn't have them, and I used the medium shell pasta cause that's what I had. My two year old ate it up and My husband and I did too! It was great!

Slider-Style Mini Burgers

WOW these were so good!!! Ididn't use the sweet rolls, I used potato rolls from the bakery. And I scaled it down to 8 servings. Yummy!! I didn't what the others suggested by wrapping in foil and not using a baking sheet. Thanks for this new staple for our home!

Marinade for Steak I

This was sooooo good! Will defiantly use this again. My husband took the onions and some of the marinade and placed it on some foil on the grill...the onions were the best part!!!! I marinaded it in the morning before I went to work. Ummmm! Thanks!

Salsa Chicken Rice Casserole

This was sooooo good!! I used all the ingredients; however, I cooked cut the chicken up and cooked it in a skillit with season and onion, then added the soups and salsa to simmer. Soooo good!

Mushroom Sauce

This was perfect. I was looking for something to put on rice. I boiled some chicken, shredded it and added it to the pan after the mushrooms and onions were done cooking. Perfect!!

Double-Chocolate Mousse

These were great! Quick and easy! I used 2% milk, light cool whip, and a different brand pudding (i don't think the oz matters, just a box) Husband loved them too! I think next time I will use white chocloate. EDIT:: I made this again with sugar free cheesecake mix and white chocolate and loved it!too!

Tuna Fish Special

This was wonderful! I had to make a few changes. I added a some chopped sweet onions, and french onion cruchies instead of chow mein. Also, I didn't use almonds (don't like them). My husband and I just LOVED this. I also served with the garlic bread.

Awesome Bow Tie Pasta

This recipe was just amazing. Everyone I make it for takes the recipe. Make sure you have a good brand of olive oil or it might taste bland. The other great thing is it is SO EASY to make...MMMMM Great!

3-Cheese Pasta Bake

This was pretty good. I will def make this again, and it was easy to make. I used 4 oz of sharp chedder, and 4 oz of mozzarella cheese for my 2-blend. Also, I didn't use reduced fat cream of mushroom.

I followed this recipe to the T and it was great. My husband and I really liked it and will make it again. However, I'm only give 4 stars because next time I will add half the sugar. It was wayto sweet and I LOVE sweet.

Spaghetti Pizza Lasagna

THis was really good. I was looking for a baked pasta dish with egg and this did the trick. Whole family like it. I did use my own pasta sauce that I freeze, that was my only change.

Honey Key Lime Grilled Chicken

So this was okay. It is important to use Key West Lime Juice, and not regular lime juice. The Key West is stronger and will help with the flavor. I took leftovers, shredded and it made a great chicken salad. Will I make this again, No. Do I think you should try it, Yes.
