Easy Egg Drop Soup

Perfect! So easy and yummy (even with so few ingredients)! I added some Trader Joe's chicken & cilantro mini wontons, and served with egg rolls.

Easy and yummy weeknight dinner! Followed exactly as written (even with egg noodles b/c I happened to have them on hand) and I don't think it needed anything else except maybe a little extra cheese next time. I used a "good quality" organic pizza sauce and maybe that helped the flavor compared to some other reviewers who found it bland. Just as good reheated for leftovers. Not exactly a dinner party meal, but 5 stars for a solid family dinner!

Chicken and Cashews

Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad

Wonderful - I followed some tips from other reviewers and it was a huge hit! Used half the oil, half the suger, added gorgonzola to the salad. I also added some diced red onion to the salad. A keeper!

Breaded chicken with Avocado

This is one of my family's new favorite dinners. I followed the recipe and it turned out great. The chicken is moist, and the avocado and melted cheese are creamy and rich. Yum!

Laura's Unbelievable Chicken and Pasta

The cream cheese and chicken stock make this have the best sauce - tastes like you worked much harder than you did! I added onion and more of the tomatoes. A good recipe to sneak in extra veggies since the sauce is so tasty.

Meatball Bread Pudding

This recipe was OK - my husband said he would eat it again (so I'll give it 3 stars) but I don't think I'd make it again. It seemed too similar to an egg & bread breakfast casserole that I make to have all the "meatball" ingredients.

Beefy Baked Ravioli

This was simple to make but a bit bland. I followed the recipe exactly, but should have tried it using sausage and onions as other reviewers mentioned. Just to perk it up a little.
