Me and my best friend Sarah
About this Cook
Mom of two amazing kids (5 and 7). They keep me pretty busy. It's hard to plan a meal and stick with it at times. I wish I could snap my fingers and dinner be made, and dishes done, and laundry washed - dryed - and put away.
My favorite things to cook
I cook a mean Meatloaf.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Noodles... my family makes noodles every winter holiday.
My cooking triumphs
Meatloaf, scrambled eggs, I'm really good at marinating.
My cooking tragedies
Baking. I just cannot get anything to turn out the way it is suppose to. I'm not a very good baker.

Scalloped Corn I
I love this recipe. I make this for every dinner party and for the holidays. It's a nice change from just regular ole corn.

Barbecue Ribs
Love, Love, Love these ribs. The sauce is the best. I use a spiced rum so its a little sweeter. Since making these all the other rib recipes are bland to me now. Thank you for sharing!

Marinated Spicy Pork Chops
My family loved this Chops recipe. I didn't have chili sauce so I used chili powder instead. It wasn't very spicy, my toddlers were able to eat them. We are making these for dinner this weekend for family coming into town!!
