Delicious! In an attempt to make it a bit more healthy, I used 2 1/2 cups white flour, 2 cups whole wheat flour. I reduced the sugar to 2 cups. I also used low fat sour cream. To counterbalance all this hard work, I then added mini chocolate chips rather than walnuts. Result: Heaven! My fiance would have eaten the whole loaf if I hadn't have stopped him! *Side note: I made 2 loaves and 12 muffins out of this recipe. I took someone else's recommendation and baked the loaves at 325 for 1 hour 10 minutes, the muffins took 45 minutes. Turned out perfect!
