French Baguettes
This would have been AWESOME if I had remembered to put the salt in. :) I did as a few others suggested and used the whole egg instead of just the yolk to brush over loaves before baking. I also followed the suggestion of pouring a cup of water in the bottom of the oven about 10 minutes into baking and the crust turned out GREAT! Great recipe & next time I'll remember the salt. :)
