Creamy Squash Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2010
This soup is delicious! I made no changes except I did use fat free evap milk and it was still so rich and creamy. The sour cream brings out a lot of flavor. Definitely a keeper. Thanks for sharing!

Waldorf Salad II

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2008
Wow, this is so delicious as is. I wouldn't change a thing. It's time consuming but worth it. Next time I'll use an apple/corer/peeler/slicer so it goes a bit faster.

Barbie Doll Cake

Reviewed: Sep. 2, 2008
I made the recipe described above but also make another batch in 2 round pans. I stacked it all up, used lots of icing and it was perfect. I didn't have any problem getting the Barbie in but it did cool overnight so that may have helped. I'm no master baker but this cake really allows room for error when icing. I'll definitely make it again.

This was so good and easy yet full of flavor. It'll replace the spinach recipe I already had.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2007
So easy and yummy you can't not give it five stars. My five year old and 1 1/2 year old loved it too. I used chicken broth instead of water just because I had some on hand and it was delicious.

Stuffed Shells III

Reviewed: Jul. 17, 2007
Very yummy and easy to make. I liked the idea of pipeing the filling into the shell using a ziplock - worked great. Next time I'll add chopped brocoli or spinach for some greens. Both our kids loved it.

Creamy Spinach Tortellini

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2007
I used fat free cream cheese to reduce the fat and it still tasted yummy. To save a little on cost, I bought the dried tortellini in bulk. Great recipe!
