I'm making these right now. Very easy to mix together. I did use my hand chopper to dice up the fruit a little bit. They bake up nice and puffy, very light. These cookies are tasty, I really like them. However, I think the recipe needs a little salt. Maybe a half teaspoon? All in all, very good!

World's Best Peanut Butter Fudge

I just made this and it turned out great! Like some others, I combined the peanut butter and flour together beforehand and I added a tsp of vanilla to it. Great recipe!!

Pumpkin Cookies VII

These taste so good! Definitely a drop cookie. They are VERY moist. Make sure to bake them all the way. My first batch was not done in the center. Don't put them in an airtight container, just on a plate. My kids liked the frosting, but I left a few of them plain because they're great that way too!

I just made these and they turned out delicious! I added salt (1 & 1/2 tsp.) and used a little less chips, and my family loves them! Thanks for the recipe!

Sticky Toffee Pudding Cake

This is VERY good. The "cake" part is 5 stars, no doubt. However, the caramel sauce was good, just a bit gritty tasting. I made it just as the recipe said to. Next time I will use heavy cream instead of the evaporated milk. All in all, very tasty!!

Down Home Baked Beans

I made these last night and followed the recipe exactly. I used Bush's Baked beans and the only thing I will change next time is the amount of brown sugar. 2 cups was WAY too sweet for us! I will reduce to 1/2 cup next time. The chili sauce was great.

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I

I just baked these. They are very rich and chocolatey! If it's chocolate you want, make these! Cookies baked up nicely, good texture and consistancy, and soft in the center.

Slow Cooker Scalloped Potatoes with Ham

Down Home Macaroni and Cheese

I have been making Macaroni and Cheese for years...This recipe was by far THE BEST that my family has ever tasted! I'm scrapping my old recipe and using this one from now on. I only made a few changes: Used whole block of Velveeta , used whole 1 lb box of elbows, used 3 c milk, about 1/2 c flour, and that was about it, everything else was the same as the original. AWESOME!!

Savory Chicken Breasts
