Mushroom Chicken Piccata
This didn't work out too well for me, unfortunately. Followed the recipe exactly, but the lemon juice dominated all flavors. If there were to be a next time, I would use a quarter of what the recipe calls for.

Tropical Sweet Potato Fries
After reading all the reviews, I took the advice of boiling the potatoes till what I interpreted them to be fork tender. However, in the end, they were very mushy and unappetizing. I even tried baking with and without the olive oil, but nothing could save them. There wasn't enough spice mixture for all the potatoes either. Sorry, won't be making this again.

Chicken Crumb Coating
This was actually very good. My husband loved it! Did need a bit more seasoning, however. It tasted even better the next day. Will definitely be making this again. Thank you for the great recipe!
