Reviewed: Apr. 10, 2007
Wow. Great recipe. I used canned crushed tomato's and eliminated the entire food processor step. Added a bay leaf and simmered for half hour and added a tsp of butter at the end to smooth out the acidity. Thanks for the recipe.

Very good flavour. Changed the recipe bcuz no french onion soup to be found. I added 2tsps oxo cubes to 4 cups of water and 1 pkg of onion soup mix, added a couple of squirts of ketchup and fresh onions to the pan while the ground beef was cooking. Also deglazed the pan with red wine. Family really loved the recipe. 4 stars because I changed the recipe. Thanks for the recipe.

Loved this recipe. Did not use cheese or balsamic vinegar. I only had dried basil leaves on hand so used that and also added extra chicken stock before baking in oven. Family loved this recipe.

Slow Cooker Pepper Steak II

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2007
Tasty. Did not add extra salt, did add a good red wine and a few tblsp of balsalmic vinegar as well as some extra water before adding to initial meat mixture. I made sure to taste the sauce before adding to the meat mixture. The only reason for the 4 star rating is because of the changes made. Also added broccoli and carrots. Will make this again for sure.

Fudgy Chocolate Chip Muffins

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2007
This is a very chocolatie recipe. No more chocolate needed here. Only change I made to the recipe is I added french vanilla yogurt in place of the applesauce.Did not add cinnamon or icing sugar. I had to cook the muffins a bit longer but they turned out excellent. I would highly recommend this easy recipe.
