On this recipe I am rating the prep and seasoning, as I cooked the bird in the little rotisserie/oven that I have. Followed beginning step by step and it turned out wonderfully. I deep fry turkeys all the time and this is how I prepare them for an overnight seasoning. After bird is patted dry, I take a kitchen garbage bag, open all the way so it is laying flat on the counter, set the bird inside and season. Then take the bag, wrap tightly around the bird, push as much air out as possible, twist the top and seal with a twisty. Cut off excess bag and re-fridge. I have always prepared my birds this way as it makes clean up a breeze.
