Quinoa and Black Beans

This was fantastic and it makes a HUGE batch! My bf has decided he is not a fan of cumin, so next time I'll have to try another flavouring, but all in all, this is a keeper. Should be good with add-ins like tomato, zucchini, etc. And only use 1 can of beans, perfect ratio!

Soft Giant Pretzels

To dunk the pretzels: Use a large pot, and place your pretzel into a metal strainer or sieve. The sieve allows you to properly bathe your pretzel, and makes it so easy to bring out, drain and flop onto paper towels. Fantastic recipe!

It's great, but I tried following one of the other reviews, and changed the water for OJ, and it made it much too sweet. It's perfect just the way it is.

Carrot Pecan Crunch Pie

This pie has been a huge hit everywhere I take it! I've found that the topping is best if the pecans have been finely chopped, it melts evenly distributed on top and every piece has the same amount of crunch.

Macaroon Cookie Bars

These were so easy, and a huge hit at my office! I think I bought the wrong kind of cake mix though, I forgot to convert to metric before I went shopping. Either way, it was delicious.

Chocolate Banana Bread

I used Vanilla Yogurt because I didn't have Sour Cream, and it turned out great! My mom has been pestering me for the recipe since, and it was a huge hit with everyone at work.
