A great starter recipe for chicken pot pie. Needs some more seasoning to be perfect, so just add whatever your family likes. I do a lot of fresh ground black pepper, dill, celery seed, and onion salt. It is hard to mess up as long as you follow the basic directions. A lot of reviewers said that the bottom crust was too soggy so they made it more crispy. I didn't do that and I asked my husband about it, and he said that the bottom crust with all the sauce baked in is the best part! I made it a second time for my parents, siblings, and grandma, and they all said it deserved 5 stars. And then made fun of me for taking a picture of it. Well, that's families are for. Anyway, a great recipe!
