Took the advice of others and once it came to a rapid boil, cooked for two minutes. Great reviews from everyone who ate. Thanks!

Slow Cooker Venison Sloppy Joes

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2011
I enjoyed this recipe and I am usually do not like recipes from venison, but my husband is a hunter. Next time I make I will cut down on the cumin, since that was a bit overpowering for me. Thanks for the recipe!

Slow Cooked Corned Beef for Sandwiches

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2011
This was amazing; just like a reuben should taste. I halved the recipe using 1 brisket, 1 packet, 1 can guinness, and half seasoning. Placed in crock pot and covered with beer and water to cover. Cook on high for 6 hours. Super tender and flavorful!! Will make again for St. Patrick's day! thanks for the great recipe!!!

Spooky Halloween Eyeballs

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2010
I love the look of these however the texture inside was missing something. I should have read the reviews prior because seeing that this was a common issue I would have added crushed graham crackers.

Hot and Sour Chicken Soup

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2007
I tweaked this recipe a little bit so that the indredients were similar to a china bistro we frequent. I was looking for a recipe with similar indregiendents and this was it. Thanks for the help! I used shitake mushrooms, 4 tsp soy sauce, added tofu, omitted red pepper and in its place I used white pepper, 1/3 tsp. The recipe came out great, even though it was slightly modified.

Jalapeno Chicken II

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2007
My husband and I loved this. I omitted the bacon, just because I felt it didn't need it since the jalapeno and cream cheese would be enough flavor. My husband requested this for his birthday and I even started growing a pepper plant so they would be on hand.

Baked French Toast

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2007
This came out differently than I was expecting, the egg baked more fluffy than I thought. Our family still enjoyed it and I was requested to share the recipe. We topped ours with syrup, and it had a nice flavor.

Christmas Breakfast Sausage Casserole

Reviewed: May 9, 2007
This was very flavorful. I used the spicy sausage and instead of mustard powder I used yellow mustard. It was easy to halve the recipe for my husband and I. This has become a breakfast favorite.
