Very good! I browned the onion and ground chicken, then put them in with the rest of the ingredients in a crock pot on low. I also added some mild chicken sausage (browned first) and was very pleased with the addition. Best chili recipe I've tried so far!

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese

Flavor is undoubtedly yummy, however while I didn't mind the consistency, I think I would like it better if the "sauce" was more "saucey" and smooth. I ended up making a basic cheese sauce to spoon over it. All in all a good recipe that I will make again.

Gingerbread Men

Very good recipe. I followed the recipe exactly and they came out perfectly. Makes a lot of cookies. Next time I think I'll halve it. We couldn't wait to eat them right away, so we baked a few as drop cookies and then chilled the rest until we were ready to roll them out. They were good both ways.

Coconut Ice Cream

Love this ice cream, as does anyone who tries it! Didn't add the coconut flakes because I don't like the texture of it. Next time, I will try part milk/part cream instead of all cream as it was a little heavy...but oh so good.
