Wonderful recipe. I made the filling without changing a thing. It did make a lot, so I split it between two pie shells and reduced the cooking time by 10 mins. Definitely prebake the shell! I baked one but not the other, and the non-prebaked one tended to stick, and the pieces didn't come out as cleanly, tore the crust.
That said, I will definitely be making this one again!!!
