Very good and easy. Will do again for sure. I did coat some of the vegetables in the marinade before putting on the skewer and it made them taste even better. The vegetables I didn't coat in the marinade were tasty too....just personal preference.

Baked Pork Chops I

Very easy and quite tasty. The only thing I did differently was I cooked for 30 minutes then added the sauce and cooked another 30 minutes. The meat was done and very good.

Apple and Brown Sugar Corned Beef

We all loved it! I followed the recipe exactly and cooked on low for 10 hours. This recipe is very easy and tastes fantastic as written. I would not change a thing. I will be making this often.

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs

Easy and very good....only things I did differently was use dried rosemary since I didn't have fresh and marinate a few hours because it was more convenient. Will do this again for sure.

Chicken Katsu

Easy and good. I sliced the chicken in half rather than pounding it. I also used another reviewers dipping sauce: 1/4 c. ketchup, 1/3 c. soy sauce, 1/4 c. worchester sauce, 1 tbsp hoisin sauce, garlic powder and pepper to taste.

I did as others recommended and tripled the sauce. I also used about 1/4 the red pepper, but might up that a bit next time. Everyone loved it....easy and good.

Ultimate Steak Sandwich

This is definitely a sandwich you have to put it all "together" before you judge it. When I tasted the meat by itself, I thought this would be a boring sandwich....but, when you taste the finished product, it is really quite good. My daughter gave it 5 stars, hubby 4 stars....a keeper for sure.

Butternut Squash Bisque

Very easy and a tasty soup...my sister-in-law told me about COSTCO having packages or pre-cut butternut squash...I bought that, so soup was extra easy! I left out the cream, but other than that, I followed the recipe exactly.

Grandma's Brisket

This was okay, but I don't think I will do again....vegetables were wonderful but the meat was a bit dry and boring. I had a 6 pound brisket so I doubled everything.

Carrots with Dried Cherries
