Antipasto Pasta Salad
Perfect! Just what I was looking for, thank you! You can sub other white cheeses in this also, like muenster, swiss, provolone etc.. and it's great. :)

Perfect Baked Potato
Just realized I never reviewed this. Back today to double check the directions. It makes a great potato. Sometimes I microwave the spuds for about 2 mins to speed up the cooking. Great thanks!

Poppyseed Dressing
Excellent! At first I wasn't sure it had much flavor but after about a half an hour the flavors really came through. We enjoyed it on a spinach salad with mandarin oranges, sweet onion, and slivered almonds. Thanks for sharing :)
