About this Cook
I am a 23-year-old Greek newlywed married May 2009 residing in Macomb, MI. My husband is Serbian...I know Greek cuisine & am starting to learn how to make Serbian dishes. I enjoy going out to the bars/clubs & techno concerts. I listen to music all day every day & I work as a sales & service representative for VW Credit. I love SHOPPING (for clothes/shoes/accessories) and hanging out with my family & friends :). I have a natural hand at cooking...everything I do turns out amazing...I won't think, I just do...I cook with my mind & just throw things in the bowl, I rarely follow a recipe or count what I'm putting in my meal. Everytime I substitute or add something it turns out fabulous!
My favorite things to cook
Hors d'oeuvers & desserts. I love making spinach pie triangles but I don't make them very often.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Every Christmas we do small Christmas tree sugar cookies. Every Easter we do a large lamb.
My cooking triumphs
I always make the perfect crepes in minutes.

Pumpkin Spice Cookie
This is the perfect fall cookie recipe. Very easy and very tasty! I took the recommendation of previous reviewers and mixed in one egg to bind the ingredients together. These cookies are so moist they will last well over one week! I used them for two parties at my house within 6 days!

Feta and Olive Meatballs
I made these for an office potluck. They were amazing. I really dislike meatballs but I had to have one as I LOVE feta & olives! I did kalamata olives instead of green olives. I did ground chuck instead of ground lamb (I'm sure most co-workers wouldn't eat lamb), and added oregano & garlic salt. They were so juicy & full of flavor!! This is such a great idea for meatballs!

Pink Ladies
I'm rating 4/5 b/c I didn't actually eat them, I'm fasting for Lent (no meat/dairy) but I made them for an office potluck and EVERYONE LOVES THEM! When I was making them I had to re read the instructions several times b/c I wasn't sure if I was doing it right...but they d/n take long at all & everyone loves 'em! Thanks for sharing!
