Ham Bone Soup
I added an extra cup of water and a red peper. I cooked it on low for 3 hours and high for 1.5 hours.

Smashed Cauliflower
I read other reviews and agree that it would be too soupy with 3 cups of chicken broth. I used 1.5 cups of broth and just over 1 tablespoon of butter was plenty. Also, I had to substitute mozzarella cheese instead of white cheddar. It tasted great.

Tex-Mex Chicken and Rice Bake
Needs to cook 55mins or rice is undercooked. I made 1/2 recipe (2 pieces of chicken instead of 4). Added about 1/8 cup water extra and some cheese to rice mix. Then topped the chicken with paprika, ceyanne pepper, salt, pepper and garlic.
