Orzo with Parmesan and Basil

Peanut Butter Bars I

I found these too sweet. Couldn't really get much peanut butter taste through all that sugar! I would decrease the amount of sugar if I ever make these again.

Pumpkin Pancakes

The batter was way too thick, even after I upped the milk to 2 cups. I had a hard time getting the insides to cook completely before the outsides burned so we had a few that were a bit raw. The taste was pretty good, had just enough sweetness.

Chicken and Red Wine Sauce

This dish is delicious! As is, it is very sweet but I liked it that way. I have cooked this several times and the key is to make sure to check the sauce as it simmers because over cooking it will cause it to burn and harden.

Exquisite Pizza Sauce

This sauce is beyond yummy! I wanted to lick the bowl clean it was so good! I have made this with and without the anchovy paste and I couldn't tell the difference (maybe it's just me). I have used this on pizza, with bread sticks and even made this into a pasta sauce, it is great on everything! Thanks for sharing this recipe Angie!

Fluffy Whole Wheat Biscuits

These were very good! I halved the recipe as I was cooking only for two. I left them in the oven for 12 minutes and they were slightly burnt on the bottom but they were still super fluffy on the inside! Next time I will bake for 9-10 minutes. Thanks for this recipe Ruth!

Easy Salsa Meatloaf

This meatloaf is very good! I added one cup of the cheese and also had to cook a little longer as I had used ground turkey instead of the sirloin. It was moist and flavorful. Will definitely be making this again. Thanks for the recipe Tink!

Oat Applesauce Muffins

These turned out amazing! I made 2 changes. I used non fat milk instead of buttermilk because I didn't have any on hand and I also added 2 tsp ground cinnamon. I also only cooked them for 20 minutes total. They are absolutely delicious!
