Fettuccine with Sweet Pepper-Cayenne Sauce
This was delicious!!!!!! I took the advice of others and cut back on the cayenne, 1/4 teaspoon was plenty enough. I also added shrimp, but the recipe is very tasty without them. I will definitely make this again.

Spinach Cheese Pie
Loved this recipe!!! I made a few changes. I browned turkey italian sausage in olive oil with garlic and onion powder and added to the pie mixture. I also eyeballed the cheeses, using less than what the recipe called for.

Barbie's Tuna Salad
I've always ate my tuna salad with boiled eggs in it so I was reluctant to try this. I am glad I did this was great and I didn't miss the egg being in it. It was too wet for me for a sandwich. If you are using with crackers then it was perfect. If you are using for a sandwich then I would cut the mayonaisse by half. I used 10 oz of tuna and it was still too wet for a sandwich. I also added cayenne for some heat and doubled the amount of parm. I will definitely make again.
