Bread and Celery Stuffing
very good and much easier than i thought making stuffing would be. I used a loaf of homemade italian bread that i made 2 days before and had to use up. I would not use regular sandwich bread, it would be to soft and soggy. I put this stuffing on top of a couple chicken breasts and cooked it in the oven and was a good simple dinner.

best cinnamon buns ever. super easy to make. I do make them smaller, bite size for the kids.

Strawberry Shortcake Ice Pops
kids loved them. I wonder if you can use yogurt instead of the pudding mix? I will try it and let you all know.
