the best I`ve ever tastes , same for my husband. Put less salt as I`m watching my heart. Next time I will make 3 times the serving of the sauce as I will use it for other pasta. I will also try instead of sausage, pork just to make it different sometimes. Follow the pasta warm in the hot water and work good. Thanks and thank you so much to have share this recipes.

Herb Rubbed Sirloin Tip Roast

Excellent, I did exactly as the recipes said(the salt half because I use salt table). I had to cook for 30 minutes more as I like it just sligthly pink but it was still very tender and the spices were gooood. I did 6 beef roast recipes and this one is my favorite and the one I will redo.

Sweet Potato Potato Salad

I also put 2 eggs instead. I add half of a red pepper (sweet one) and one green onion that I though added more taste and color. It is good to redo it for a party but it's not the kind of salad you eat for lunch as if you take a small portion it's really good but if you eat too much it get too much, heavy like any potato salad. Next time I will use 1.5 of white and sweat potato as I like the taste of both equally.
