I thought this was a great recipe that's pretty healthy and tasty. My kids and husband enjoyed it as well. Will serve regularly.

I thought this was very good and will likely make again. Used marsala and more garlic as others suggested. Served with fish.

Rolled Flank Steak

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2009
This was great. With a little foresight, this is a really easy meal to prepare. We cut back the oil to 1/4 C and used only 3 slices of cheese and thought it was wonderful! I would make this for company and will make for my family again.

Roasted Pork Loin

This is a quality recipe and one that I will use over and over. Particularly when guests come over and I need to make a bigger meal. A real crowd-pleaser.

Whole Grain Banana Muffins

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2009
These are wonderful for someone wanting to have a healthy carbohydrate snack. (like me today!) Unlike other healthy muffins, these are not dense and too chewy but light and satisfying. I would recommend not using paper liners so that they do not stick to the paper. A good wheat flour adds flavor. I omitted the raisins and nuts for my preference and enjoyed my snack!

Sour Cream Apple Pie I

Reviewed: Mar. 23, 2009
I thought this recipe was a keeper! Everyone at the family dinner liked it and I was asked for the recipe. I did dice the apples quite small to ensure that they cooked through. I added 1/2 tsp cinnamon along with the nutmeg. This is a nice alternative to the regular apple pie. Thanks for sharing!

Banana Cake VI

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2009
This was a great cake! I was worried because it weighed about 500 lbs but it didn't taste heavy. Just delicious if you like banana. I omitted the lemon juice and it didn't seem to matter. I also sifted the flour before measuring.

Turkey Cabbage Rolls

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2009
Thought these were really great - a healthier comfort food. I added garlic and red pepper to the onion and turkey. I liked the sauce but can see why people doubled it if you like it pretty saucy. My kids didn't love the cabbage but gobbled up the contents no problem. I also chopped the end of the cabbage and boiled for 5 minutes to soften and then cut out the course vein in the middle.

Chocolate Caramel Brownies

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2009
A little crispy on the outside and ooey, gooey goodness in the middle. I thought it was best the first night but it's just a dang good brownie. On the rich side, you could easily eat these til you are sick to your belly! Thanks!

Salsa Chicken

Simple, tasty, & fabulous dinner choice for this mother of 3. 27 minutes in the oven was all it took - like a chicken soft taco with half the effort.

Unbelievable Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 14, 2008
This is our new favorite summer meal. We used bone-in chicken and added Lawry's & red pepper flakes as others suggested. We found that the meat needed to marinate overnight for best results.

Marinated Grilled Shrimp

Reviewed: Jul. 14, 2008
We loved these, both the kids and the adults. Lots of flavor and a little kick. Substituted chili sauce for tomato sauce and dried basil for the fresh. Yum.

Sesame Tilapia

Reviewed: Mar. 8, 2007
This is a winner! I added twice as much garlic and a little more Italian Seasoning. I baked at 400 for about 12 minutes and it turned out just great!
