Slow Cooker Lemon Garlic Chicken II
Easy preparation and fabulous outcome! Chicken came out tender with a nice lemon sauce. This one's a keeper.

Fantastic Black Bean Chili
Quick, good and healthy, too. I added a teaspoon of cumin and will add a second can (or single 28. oz. can) of crushed tomatoes, as other reviewers noted.

Southwest Sausage Lasagna
This recipe is great! I substituted Jimmy Dean's Hot Sausage. It was really quick, and REALLY good! Hot, but not too hot. Will add it to my regular rotation. LOVE IT!
