I like to climb rocks out at the lake, I obviously love to cook, I love swimming, I like curling up with a good mystery book, and I like photography Italian, Mexican, desserts, BBQ, I like fried foods but I don't like frying foods, because I always get splattered with hot oil, no matter how caredful I am. Fried macral, fried potatoes, fried squash, tomatoes, onions, and cheese. That is probably the most popular and favorite dish that our family has been cooking since 4 generations ago. I was cooking some chicken with gravy, and I didn't know if it was hot enough, so I took my fork and was going to cut it in half to see and when I touched the chicken, it exploded.
