Loved it. Totally my new addiction and it's so easy! I added a teaspoon of vanilla and I did half milk and half semi sweet my second go around and everyone liked it better, tho I liked the original recipe as is. great!

Savory Chicken Breasts

I did what others suggested and used stove top stuff in place of bread crumbs and used provolone cheese, since that was all I had. Was super easy and good! Can't beat that!

Sloppy Joes

I loved this. We used homemade BBQ sauce we had made from this site (Scott Hibb's Amazing Whisky Grilled Baby Back Ribs) and used half the onion. Easy and good! Way better than the canned stuff.

Mocha Coffee

Really yummy! I subbed vanilla soy milk and added like half cup for a more creamy drink. I would like to try espresso for a more authentic mocha next time, but this definitely satisfied my need for a coffee house coffee! Thanks for the recipe (and saving me 4 bucks I would spend out!)

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

This is amazing. I didn't have white wine and added chicken broth instead and it turned out stellar. I browned them and baked them in the oven, added the sauce at the end to keep the breading in tact. Such a beautiful dish! We loved it so much we at it 2 nights in a row! Thanks!

Mom's Zucchini Bread

awesome with a few changes based on reviews and my tastes. Did 2 cups whole wheat flour and 1 cup all purpose. Did half applesauce and half oil to lower fat content. Only did 2 cups of sugar and was still plenty sweet. Might even do less next time. Subbed chocolate chips for nuts, since it was all I had. I cooked them as muffins and they were a big hit at my MOPS brunch! Thanks!

Did this with breasts and they turned out a bit dry and the breading wasn't super crispy. Has great taste and was a big hit at my house anyway. :)

Chicken Broth in a Slow Cooker

This was great. I used a chicken carcass from my Costco rotisserie and did half broth half water for more flavor. Super easy and made for a richer tasting chicken noodle soup!

Chili Chicken

Asian Orange Chicken

Really good! Only problem I had was getting the sauce to be thicker. I took the advice of others and reduced the amount of cornstarch, but maybe I will add a bit more next time. Light, healthier version of take out orange chicken!

Six Can Chicken Tortilla Soup

Did what others suggested and swapped a can of cream chicken soup for one can of broth, used left over chicken from our "Roast chicken with rosemary" recipe on here, and doctored it up with chili powder and cumin. Easy and delicious.

Roast Chicken with Rosemary

THis has become a favorite at our house with a few adjustments based on reviews. Stuffed chicken with a couple cloves of garlic, a quarterd lemon and half an onion. Rubbed skin and under skin with a kosher salt/herbs de provence/pepper mixture. Baked it on a rack UPSIDEDOWN with breast down allowing all the yummy dark meat juices to moisten the meat and keep skin crisp. The best roast chicken!

Turkey Pot Pie I

So yummy. Did what other reviewers suggested and used refrigerator pir crust and let liquid filling cool a bit before pouring into the crust and it came out great.
