Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
Great recipe! I halved the recipe (to 36 servings) then added 1 teaspoon baking power, 1/4 teaspoon salt and upped the vanilla to 1 Tablespoon (like another reviewer). After 10 minutes, they were perfect!

Tuscan Soup
Great soup! I scaled this to 7 servings since I wanted to use all 5 links in the package (hot/spicy turkey sausage). Used chicken bouillon since I didn't have actual broth on hand (for 10 1/2 cups). 1 1/2 small onions, 3 large potatoes (all I had), 2 bunches of fresh chopped spinach, 1 full can 2% evaporated milk, about 1/2 cup bacon bits (really adds flavor), 2 fresh cloves minced garlic, 1 can white beans plus pepper to taste. Excellent!

Basic British Scones
This recipe was great! The only change that I made was adding more milk (about 1/2 cup), adding about 1 cup of dried cranberries and the zest from one medium/large size orange. The dough was a little too sticky because of too much milk so sprayed my palms with non-stick spray, rolled the dough into rounds, and flatted them on the baking sheet. 10 minutes was perfect! I will definitely make these again! Also, I served with butter and strawberry jam which made them deeelish!
