Awesome Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting
I wish that there was a warning on this recipe:READ REVIEW FIRST!! Zaboo was right, why give five stars, if you have to completely change this recipe. I made this cake for a birthday, it looked terrible, and tasted like oil, needless to say I had to make another cake. It was very disappointing.

Cherry Cream Cheese Cake
Instead of vanilla I used almond extract, it was perfect, next time I will decrease the flour, it was a bit dry. I also used the juice of the cherries to make my frosting.

Hot Dog Cookies
I baked this cookie for my cub scouts, big hit!!! I used some green food, with the red, to make it look more like a hot dog.
