Oven-Roasted Asparagus
Tasty! I didn't shake to coat, I just sprayed with olive oil - so good, even my 2 yr old ate some!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
Oh my goodness these were great! I made a chocolate ganache and put it between two of these cookies! *drooool* They were a hit :) Not too cakey, not took firm. I used a 1/4 measuring cup to make them all uniform.

Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms
These were pretty amazing - and easy! I didn't measure, and they were very forgiving. I had a bag full of mushrooms - didn't count. 1 mushroom broke, so I threw it in with the stems. I didn't have a full box of cream cheese, so I used what I had and still had more than I needed (but it didn't go to waste :D) Also found out after I started that I didn't have any garlic except powder! Used it anyways... We used the suggestion of putting it in ziploc bag and cutting off an end so as to make a pastry bag. Covered them with grated parmesan and broiled them when they were done. Delicious - I'll be making them again
