Pumpkin Cake II

Very moist! I reduced sugar to 1/2 cup, used who,e can of pumpkin as suggested. I didn't have pumpkin spice so I only used cinnamon, they are a bit bland, need more spice! I made cupcakes (yielded 30) baked for about 17 min. Topped some with cinnamon streusel, some with caramel frosting. Yummy!

Braised Balsamic Chicken

We loved this but altered it a bit. We reduced the vinegar as suggested by other posters and used fresh garlic. We cooked ours in the crock pot for about 7 hours and added a splash of red wine. It was WONDERFUL! We've made it again using pork instead of chicken breasts and it was great as well.
