Sweet Sticky Rice with Mangoes
Yes, this is exactly the recipe I was looking for. The proportions are perfect (rice:sauce) and it tastes like it should. Delicious.

Slow Cooker Chicken Pot Pie Stew
My picky kids loved this! I served it in puff pastry shells and it was a big hit. I would suggest cutting down on the bouillon by 2 cubes since I think 6 cubes would have made this quite salty. Overall, an easy crowd pleaser.

Chicken Fried Chicken
Very good! The trick is to pound the chicken (just so they are all the same thickness) so the cooking time is even. Also, don't get too heavy-handed with the salt in the seasonings...I forgot they were call "Saltines" for a reason. Seriously yummy chicken.
