Marinated Baked Pork Chops
Our family did not like the flavor of these pork chops. They turned out dry and tough. They may have tasted better if they had been grilled. I followed the recipe exactly as written.

Slow Cooker Pepper Steak
This is so delicious. I made it exactly as directed, except for using one red pepper and one green pepper. I added the peppers in the last hour of cooking. They were tender but not soggy.

Caramelized Baked Chicken
I'm surprised this got such high ratings. I cooked the sauce on the stove top and added corn starch to the mixture. I used boneless chicken breasts and poured the sauce over top and cooked for 20 minutes at 400 degrees. It was very sweet. My husband and boys told me not to bother making it again.
