Grilled Sweet Onions

I've been making these for 15+ years and agree w/ the other reviewer - no need for the ice cube. I sometimes omit the bouillon and they're still awesome!

Crustless Spinach Quiche

This was awesome and easy. My husband, a firm believer in "real men don't eat quiche" had his own piece after reluctantly trying some of mine and then encouraged our kids to try it because it was "really good".

Jalapeno Popper Spread

This dip is wonderful - I get so many compliments - my only alteration is I use about 1/2 of the mayo because I think the mayo makes it too rich - still very good/tasty as is, but just a little too heavy for my liking. Side note, the cold dip, if there are any leftovers, is awesome on a toasted bagel the next day. I've made this using both grated and shredded parmesan and I, personally, preferred the grated.

Pizza Salad II

This was pretty good - not as good as expected given all the ratings, but part of this might've been my fault. The green onions were large and very strong - I think next time I wont use as many. Also, not enough pepperoni - the recipe calls for 2-1/2 oz. - I added 4 oz. and there still wasnt' enough in my mind or my husband's. I'll definitely try it again and make those small changes - see how it comes out. Oh, and I didn't add quite the full 8 oz. of dressing - didn't think it needed so much!

Cheddar Beef Enchiladas

These were awesome - for some reason the tought of using cream of chicken over a beef recipe did not appeal to me, so I made two batches - one w/ cream of chicken and one w/ cheese soup - both were great. Made this for company and sent some off and ate for another week on leftovers. Will make again.
