Peanut Butter Cup Cookies
Love it when I follow a recipe exactly and it turns out perfectly on the first try. I did follow others' tips to freeze PB cups before and after unwrapping, and I cooled the cookies in the fridge before removing from pan. Unwrapping all the PB cups kept my 3yo and 5yo busy while I made the dough (yes!). I doubled the recipe and got 73.

Fabulous Fruit Salad
This salad is wonderful. To reduce sugar and increase calcium, I used plain yogurt and just added a dash of cinnamon and a squirt of lemon juice for flavoring (per serving). I plan to make this weekly as a healthy snack to have on hand. Sure, the recipe is not rocket science, but I wouldn't have thought to try it if it wasn't posted here, so thank you!

Best Ever Popcorn Balls
These were great! I followed the recipe exactly, using 3 bags of microwave popcorn. This yielded 16 baseball-sized balls. I used the sink to mix, my crockpot would only fit half the recipe. I had to spray my hands with cooking spray between each ball. I added two drops of food coloring, hoping to get that pastel green shade like one of the pictures posted, but although the syrup looked quite green in the pan, by the time it was mixed with the popcorn, you couldn't even see the green. I'll use more coloring next time. I also had a bit of difficulty getting the plastic wrap to stick around the balls, since they were coated in cooking spray.
