Pumpkin Raisin Scones
Very nice taste and super easy to make. I did not give this a 5 star rating because I really really really didn't want anything Cakey. I specifically wanted to make scones. If I knew it was going to be this way I would have saved myself quite a bit of time and put the batter in some muffin pans. This recipe as is would make a very tender and tasteful pumpkin muffin that I would easily rate as 5 stars. However this is NOT the consistency of scones :-( Really disappointed... they resemble large spongey cookies :-(

Skillet Ham, Cabbage and Potatoes
added celery to the onions, and also added bacon bits, and garlic powder. Substituted cajun seasoning for season salt & added extra ham. Very easy, quick dish, and easy to modify/personalize. A keeper! Thanks for sharing.

Moist Cinnamon Rolls
Really nice taste, and texture. I used regular All-purpose white flour, plus 3 tsp of baking powder instead of using the bread flour (didn't have any). Turned out fabulous. If you're not a big fan of nuts, I would recommend skipping the 1 cup of chopped nuts that go on the outside... Thanks for sharing a great recipe.
