I made this recipe for family of picky eaters and it turned out great. I used the recipe as stated and only doubled the sauce. Everyone ejoyed this meal and we will definitly be making this again soon.

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

I have made this meal twice for my family. Both times I used my rotisserie oven and the chicken came out fabulous. Everyone enjoyed the chicken and I will definately be using this recipe again.

Grandma's Lemon Meringue Pie

I really did not care for this pie. I followed directions exactly as they were stated. I noticed the lemon filling did not have enough flavor and the meringue tasted good, but didn't come out as expected.

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

I made this dessert for my family in hopes it would be similar to what we buy at a restaurant. The cheesecake came out good, but tasted low fat. I made my own strawberry topping to go with the cheesecake and everyone enjoyed it.

Quick and Easy Chicken Spaghetti

I followed the directions given for this recipe and it did not come out as good as I had hoped. The overall taste was very bland and even after adding some seasoning, it still was not enough. My daughter ate one bite and decided that was enough for her. I will not be using this recipe again.

Buffet Meatballs

I made this recipe for a birthday party and everyone enjoyed the meatballs. I will definately make again, but I will not use frozen meatballs. The frozen meatballs ended up too soggy for my taste.

Apple-Glazed Pork Chops

I made this meal for dinner and followed the directions without changing anything. I enjoyed the flavor, but feel the pork chops were a little dry. I will make again, but will make double glaze topping the next time.

Sweet and Sour Meatballs IV

I decided to use this recipe to serve to several guests at a dinner party. It was pretty easy to make and came out wonderful. I served the meatballs over white rice and everyone enjoyed them meatballs. I will definately be adding this recipe to my favorites to make again.

Glazed Meatloaf II

I had never attempted making meatloaf before, because my husband swears his is the best overall. I decided to use this recipe with a few minor changes. I used 1 cup of breadcrumbs instead of the bread and cut down the total lemon juice used to 2 tablespoons. This meal came out wonderful. My husband says he will never make his own meatloaf again and even my picky eight year old daughter really enjoyed it.
