Tangy Grilled Pork Tenderloin

This is a fantastic recipe. I did not cook on the grill however, I first browned the tenderloin on the stovetop in a dutch oven with a little oil. Then, I added the sauce and baked in the dutch oven on 325 for about an hour, until the pork was cooked to 145 degrees. Also, when the pork was resting, I heated the sauce on the stove with a cup of chicken broth and little corn starch. Served the sauce over the pork. Thanks for the recipe!

Tomato Bisque II

I love, love this recipe! I do not have a food mill, so I peeled and seeded the tomatoes, then used my hand blender to puree. So good, thank-you!

Pumpkin Pie I

Made this exactly as directed. I don't like pumpkin pie, so I did not try any, but everyone who had a piece liked it alot. Had to bake for about twice as long as directed to have knife come out clean.

KJ's Mushroom Chicken

Really very good. I only had thin sliced chicken breasts, so I rolled them up with a little swiss cheese in the middle. After that I followed the directions exactly. Next time I might add a little white wine and some chopped tomatoes. Thank-you!
